A juicy collaboration with Cidre Intrus, this is a hybrid blend of cider with red & blue plums (42%), rosé Muscat wine from Lincoln Niagara (30%) and Seyval Blanc wine aged on Wickson crabapple pomace (28%).

After spending a full day blending with their Quebecois friends, Revel hit on the perfect combination of dreamy watermelon, subdued acid and plum-stone texture.

Big watermelon aromas with candied grapefruit and a hint of violets. The body of the Seyval bolsters the sweet aromatics, while silky plum stones and astringent crabapple tannins bring it back to earth.

Bringing new palettes into the space always opens new doors for Revel. With Cidre Intrus, the goal was to flesh out Revel's watermelon-y Muscat with the body/acid of Seyval Blanc and the tannins of red and blue plums.
