Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Oude Pinot Meunier is made from the fermentation of 250g of Pinot Meunier grapes per liter, in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic.

The grapes were grown biodynamically by Tilquin's neighbours at Domaine W.

Bottled on March 11, 2021, it was refermented and matured for 10 months in bottle. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
