Muscat Bleu is a grape with unique fruity notes of raspberry and violet. To enhance Boerenerf's sour raspberry lambic, they created a refined blend that brings out the best of both.

Fluweel has a soft body with a fresh acidity. Its character is driven by raspberry, with an emphasis on the grape's aromatic notes of violet and muscat.

Pairs beautifully with refined cheeses, poultry dishes with a fruity touch, or light desserts featuring red fruits such as pannacotta.
