This is a modern American take on the classic Berliner Weisse. While inspired by German tradition, it stands out with a higher extract and an intense, fruity punch. Stu Mostow's version is a wheat-based, slightly sour beer soured with lactic acid bacteria without the addition of lactose or maltodextrin.
