Mixed-fermentation golden sour ale brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown rolled oats.

Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. The fourth iteration of this beer is aged for an average of three months and packaged completely unfruited and un–hopped to showcase the mixed culture yeast character in full.

We get notes of tinned pineapple, apricot, peach and zesty citrus along with a subtle funk that will develop over time.
