Franconian-style Kellerbier brewed with very soft water, German malts, and jops from Tettnang, Germany.

This pale, unfiltered beer features a delicate malt structure with notes of honey and bread crust, herbaceous and floral notes from the hops, a delicate bitterness, and moderate carbonation.

This is the first beer produced in the brewery, dedicated to Luigi Valeriani, the father, without whom the brewery would not exist.
