An imperial stout shaped by more than 30 months of barrel ageing in Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, Weller, Old Forester and cognac barrels.

Blended to evoke fine dark chocolate, then rested on Peruvian and Venezuelan cacao nibs.

Extended time in wood has developed layers of earthy cacao, dried figs, plums, tobacco and red fruit, carried by deep oak and tannins.

A vinous acidity cuts through the richness and leaves a long, dry and complex finish.
