Blend of barrel-aged wheat saisons macerated on whole Mont-Royal plums from Paradis des Fruits in Dunham.

Robin used the whole fruit with flesh and pits to showcase the plum's richness and brilliance. 

To the eye, we have a glass of red fruit juice, a hybrid between dark blue skin and yellow flesh. 

On the palate, a combination of distinct flavours stands out: fruity aromas, almond notes and a slight farmhouse touch.
