A blend of barrel fermented saisons aged for 15 months before being combined into a fruiting barrel. Conditioned for 6 months with fresh raspberries from the Fraser Valley.

The base saisons were brewed with a mixed grist of Mecca Grade's estate-grown pilsner-style barley malt and undermodified wind malt, as well as malted spelt and wheat.

Fruited at a rate of 250g/L.
