A blend of sour wheat beers (Solstice d’Été, Solstice d’Été Mangue) and Belgian IPA (Dernière Volonté), co-aged for 14 months in oak barrels.

Beautiful marmalade colour, notes of spices and white wine. Tropical fruits aromas and a slight acidity.
