Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrel-aged blend of several dry, effervescent and complex blonde saisons fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and dry-hopped, aged for 6-18 months.

This creates funky, woody and winy notes to add to the exotic perfumes of the Citra, Simcoe, Topaz and Sylva hops in the fresh beer.
