Strawberry Cheesecake is a pastry sour ale brewed with strawberry, vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake and milk sugar (lactose).

There’s a light dry hop in here, not to push it toward IPA territory, but to bring in that slight cheesecake tang that makes the whole thing make sense.

Superflux made it once, watched it disappear, and decided that was enough data.
