This full-bodied amber lager is rightly considered a classic in the Bamberg region. It embodies the perfect Franconian lager.

A coppery-gold, crystal-clear beer confidently greets us in the glass. A multifaceted aroma of grass and straw, but also white bread, honey, nuts, and biscuit, emanates from the firm, slightly tinted foam.

This diversity continues on the palate, delighting with an initial sweetness that transitions into caramel and bready notes.

These are followed by aromas of shortbread, Brazil nut, and fig, until the full-bodied beer finishes with a long aftertaste, a light honey note, and a subtle bitterness.
