Hybrid blend of young & old lambic, backblended with Gamay red wine.

This Beau et Joli is a collaboration with Marc from Château de Durette. Located in the Beaujolais region, Boerenerf chose the Régnié terroir for its expressive character that subtly echoes their kriek lambics. Harvested in 2023, aged in vats, and bottled in the spring of 2025.

The finest of Beaujolais and the Zenne Valley, tamed with a cork. A surprising bottle with aromas of candied strawberry and cherry, bright acidity, and a lively pop. An unexplored path between wine and lambic.
