Crianza belongs to the family of Flemish Red-Brown ales.

Born out of a mixed fermentation, this beer spent almost three years in oak barrels.

A copper colour with a stable creamy beige foam. Aroma of Northern cherries, with a woody and wine-like accent, and a slightly wild touch given by the Brettanomyces yeast.

These flavours are completed by stewed apples, notes of Agen plums, blackberries, spices (cinnamon, cloves, licorice), and a very lightly caramelized touch of malt and biscuit.

A slightly sour character makes this beer surprisingly refreshing.
